MyHeritage's AI Time Machine™ is a feature that uses Artificial Intelligence to create hyper-realistic AI avatars of a person as he or she may have looked in different points in history. It takes real photos of a subject that is uploaded, and using text-to-image technology, it creates a model of the person in various poses and lighting conditions. Then, using predefined themes, it synthesizes the model with motifs from the various themes to create photorealistic AI avatars. The user can upload 10-25 photos of themselves in different poses and backgrounds, and then select their gender and title to generate their AI avatars. The AI avatars depict the subject in a variety of themes from across the globe, from prehistoric times to the age of space exploration.
